Plant Care Tips
There are many different kinds of euphorbia, from large, bush-like to small creeping versions. They have unusual foliage and flowers in many colour combinations. Euphotbia are wonderfully easy to care for. They are very disease resistant and are not nibbled on by most garden pests (including deer). Most of them are vigorous growers in even the poorest, fastest-draining soil. Some euphorbia can spread easily through seeds, while others easily grow when a branch is put into soil. You can easily control spread by cutting off the flowers before they set seeds. Remember that many euphorbia exude a sap that might be irritating to the skin, so wear gloves when working with them.
This dazzling perennial forms a compact, cascading mound of silvery-blue foliage on red-tinted stems; bright chartreuse-yellow flowers appear in spring; excellent container plant; deer resistant; drought tolerant once established.
